Made by skilled craftsmen in the German factory of the family owned (since 1814) company Wüsthof, these knives are the ideal tool for meat. Well-balanced and durable, GOURMET knives are made of high-carbon stainless steel and a highly durable synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist stains and discoloration.
