For one special evening, he steps away from the world of sweets to explore the savoury side of things, bringing his signature touch to a menu that layers seasonal ingredients and bold contrasts, reimagining pizza through a gourmet lens.
 
From chilled asparagus soup to focaccia with burrata, and pizzas topped with lobster, chorizo, grilled corn, lemony ricotta, and rocket pesto, each dish is thoughtfully composed to awaken the senses and celebrate the season.
 
Come share a convivial meal at our in-boutique kitchen, where 12 to 14 guests will enjoy an evening of discovery, conversation, and exceptional food.
