Oussama Ben Tanfous, a Quebecois-Montrealer of Tunisian origin, studied bio-organic chemistry before entering the restaurant industry.
He is currently the chef and co-owner of Roch le Coq restaurants.
He is also a contributor to the Télé-Québec show Moi j'mange and a chef and consultant for several other establishments (L'Idéal Bar et Contenus, Benny&CO, Ping Pong Club, etc.).
This experience is given in mainly in French.
