Lover of Italian food, art, and lifestyle, Maria Loggia founded Tavola Mia Cooking School in 1999. Specializing in Italian cuisine with an emphasis on regional cuisine, her cooking classes teach the basics from selection of fresh and staple ingredients to the artisanal food preparation methods used throughout the generations. Maria is a purist who believes you can only achieve the best results if you start with the freshest and most natural of ingredients.

This philosophy has driven her to write her first cookbook “At Home with Maria Loggia”. The book was acclaimed by novices and journalists alike as being a window into Maria’s passion of food, family, and life. Maria’s second cookbook “Everyday Celebrations with Maria Loggia” was released to rave reviews. It offers the reader a peek inside her home, all the while outlining seasonal dishes to serve up for different occasions.

She routinely appeared on French and English TV cooking and living shows in addition to hosting culinary tours of Italy. Maria is passionate about nourishing the people she loves. She is inspired by all that surrounds her and is grateful for the privilege of sharing her culinary passions with all the wonderful souls that grace her table.

This experience is given in French. The translation of some terms and greedy steps of the experience can be translated if needed.

• Meals in 3 to 5 courses depending on the theme

• Full refund up to 14 days before the course or workshop date;
• Refund in the form of a credit note between 3 and 13 days before the course or workshop date;
• No refunds for cancellations made 3 days or less before the course or workshop date.
