"Le Temps des Cigales" uses only local woods. We favor essences that have been proven and have not crossed the planet to find their way into our kitchen. We thus limit our ecological footprint, an important value within our company. The glue used to laminate our boards is highly resistant to moisture and has been approved for food contact by the FDA.
