The Güde Alpha Series Salmon Knife cuts salmon and ham into very thin slices with its 32 cm long, very narrow blade; even large pieces are easily portioned. The hand-forged blade made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel is made in one piece, ice-hardened and hand-sharpened. The finely polished handle is made of sturdy, easy-care Hostaform (high quality plastic) and has stainless steel rivets. Güde knives of the Alpha series meet the requirements of the guidelines for knives to be used in catering.
