The Güde Alpha series salmon knife cuts salmon and ham into very thin slices thanks to its very narrow blade; even large pieces are easily portioned. The hand-forged blade in chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel is made in one piece, ice-hardened and sharpened by hand. The finely polished handle is made of sturdy, easy-care Hostaform (high-quality plastic), has stainless steel rivets and is dishwasher-safe. Güde Alpha Series knives meet the requirements of the guidelines for knives to be used in catering.
