WHO IS CHEF DAVIDE RIZZARDI?

Davide Rizzardi is a passionate chef with over 20 years of culinary experience acquired around the world. Energetic, creative, and always inspired, he excels in the art of enhancing the ingredients at hand to create spontaneous and delicious dishes. A lover of traditional Italian cuisine, he generously shares it through his creations, but also during cooking classes he leads internationally, passing on his knowledge with enthusiasm and authenticity.

WHAT DO WE DO DURING THE WORKSHOP?

Participants will get hands-on making fresh pasta made with durum wheat semolina, following the authentic traditions of southern Italy. The menu is in the photos.

A 2-hour program from flour to plate during the lunch hour from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

This experience is offered in French and English.
