His culinary journey took him through Germany, Belgium, and Denmark, where he honed his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants and immersed himself in the rich traditions of European cuisine. After a decade abroad, he’s returned home to join Montreal’s dynamic food scene at Cabaret l’Enfer.
To celebrate Father’s Day, Chef Stea presents a warm and inviting German-style family brunch. Expect shareable flammekueche, traditional German sausages with summery sides, and caramelized Kaiserschmarrn served with bavarois cream and homemade compote. A rustic, flavourful menu inspired by classic German Sunday gatherings — perfect for a heartfelt family celebration.
Join us at our communal table, where 12 to 14 guests will share an engaging experience of learning, connection, and delicious tasting, all in a warm, convivial setting.

REFUND POLICY FOR COURSES AND WORKSHOPS
- Full refund up to 14 days before the date of the course or workshop;
- Refund in the form of a credit note between 3 and 13 days before the date of the course or workshop;
- No refund for any cancellation made 3 days or less before the date of the course or workshop.
