Following a very warm reception at his first event, Chef Santiago Alonso returns with a contemporary Mexican menu blending deep-rooted traditions and modern creativity.

Santiago Alonso is a Mexican chef whose experience with fire and bold ingredients has shaped his career. Rooted in the vibrant flavors of his homeland, he has refined his craft in some of the world’s most groundbreaking kitchens, including Noma (Copenhagen), Quintonil (Mexico City) and Le Mousso (Montreal). Formerly the head chef at Arca in Tulum, he now serves as Chef de Cuisine at Cabaret L’Enfer, where he continues to push culinary boundaries through elemental, tradition-driven cooking.

After receiving a warm welcome at his first Moments Gourmands, Chef Alonso returns another evening of bold flavors and refined technique. He presents a contemporary Mexican menu rooted in tradition and elevated with creativity and precision.

Join us at our communal table, where 12 to 14 guests will share an engaging experience of learning, connection, and delicious tasting, all in a warm, convivial setting.

  • Full refund up to 14 days before the date of the course or workshop;
