Homemade ravioli made remarkably easy with Marcato! Make 48 small square ravioli measuring 3.5 x 3.5 cm.
Just a few steps: spread the sheet of dough on the tablet, gently press into each indentation with your index finger, place the stuffing. Then, place the second sheet of dough, pass the rolling pin to cut the ravioli, turn the tablet over to detach them!
The Classic ravioli tablet is made of die-cast aluminum, a strong and durable material that ensures a clean cut of the sheet of dough. It comes with its wooden roller, to roll and cut the ravioli directly on the tablet.
Do not put in the dishwasher.
