The Marcato Atlas 180 pasta machine is the big sister of the most widely used, the Atlas 150. With this model, you can make wide 18 cm sheets of pasta, for lasagna or ravioli.
Like all Marcato pasta machines, it is made with anodized aluminum alloy rollers to not leave any type of heavy metal on the dough.
- Maximum dough width: 17.5 cm. With Marcato Atlas 180 prepare three pasta shapes: lasagna, fettuccine (6 mm) and tagliolini (1.5 mm).
- The 10-position regulator allows you to decide the thickness of the dough you want to prepare: from 4.8 mm up to 0.6 mm.
- The warranty provided by MARCATO is 10 years for Atlas 180.
