The Marcato pasta wheel comes with 3 wheels with different patterns, easily interchangeable in a few simple steps.
- The smooth wheel, the traditional wheel for cutting the sheet of pasta cleanly and precisely; it is ideal for creating the base of stuffed pasta or fancy-shaped biscuits.
- The narrow zigzag wheel, is the perfect cut for creating decorations with the sheet of pasta, preparing richly garnished lasagne or new pasta shapes.
- The wide zigzag wheel, the most used for creating decorations for tarts or tasty papardelle.
The smooth movement of the wheels is ensured by a precision central pivot connected to a chrome-plated steel support.
Its shape is very ergonomic; the handle is made of anodized aluminum, it does not slip from the hands and guarantees a stable grip in all positions.
Do not put the handle of the pasta wheel in the dishwasher, except for the removable wheels.
