Emile Henry - Tajine 3.5 L - Red

Made of Flame ceramic, the Emile Henry tagine can be used either directly on the fire or in the oven, and allows you to make delicious tagines, stews and any other recipe requiring simmering. It can be used on all direct heat sources: gas, electric or halogen (with an induction disc for induction plates) and in the oven. The Flame ceramic was designed specifically for slow simmering, which brings out the flavors of the recipe. The lid is uniquely shaped to allow steam to circulate and keep ingredients soft and moist. Easy to clean, it's dishwasher safe and won't lose its color.
