Constance is passionate about cooking and the art of the table, a true globetrotter of flavors, always on the lookout for the latest culinary trends.

With 18 years of experience as a cook and pastry chef, but also in culinary writing and photography in Montreal, she has mastered the art of sublimating each dish and each moment shared around the table.

Her heart beats for traditional Quebec cuisine, but it is her curious mind that leads her to explore flavors from around the world. Come discover her passion and learn techniques that will make your receptions unforgettable events, combining creativity, know-how and conviviality.
