Since early spring 2021, Cuisine Libre!, a company founded by Chef Clément Boivin (known for La Cabane d'à côté, M. Wells, and Au Pied de Cochon), has specialized in creating exceptional gastronomic events, whether held outdoors or in urban settings, throughout the province of Quebec.

The goal is to offer unique culinary experiences, in tune with the venue and its audience. Collaboration plays a central role in this experience, with Cuisine Libre! delighting in creating events that reflect the identity of its partners.

  • From 6:30 pm to 9:30pm
  • Meals in 3 to 5 courses depending on the theme
