Who is Carrie Solomon? Carrie Solomon is a food journalist and daring cook. She places great emphasis on the quality of products and seasonality, where vegetables are at the forefront. Born in the United States, Carrie moved to France after studying photography. She then combined photography with her passion for cooking. For almost 20 years, Carrie has shared her recipes and culinary topics in ELLE magazine, organized pop-up events and created menus for Parisian restaurants (Montecito, Coffee Club).
