Create an accountGrowing up in Montreal, Chef Sophie Tabet’s passion for fine dining was born there. It was at Primo & Secondo, owned by Chef Roberto Stabile, that she began her career. About ten years ago, Sophie left Montreal for France to study at the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse. She worked in many starred restaurants in Europe such as L’Astrance in Paris (3 Michelin stars) or Dal Pascatore in Italy (Relais & Château, 3 Michelin stars). In 2010, she was awarded the prize for the chef of the future and the best restaurant by the International Academy of Gastronomy.
While in Italy, she met her husband, Marco Marangi, expert sommelier. Having in turn accumulated several experiences in gastronomy. In 2013, Sophie decided to settle down where it all began in order to offer Montrealers a cuisine that reflects her rich experience with her partner. They will welcome you with the greatest care in their restaurant Chez Sophie.
This experience is given in French. The translation of some terms and greedy steps of the experience can be translated if needed.

REFUND POLICY ON COURSES AND WORKSHOPS
- Full refund up to 14 days before the course or workshop date;
- Refund in the form of a credit note between 3 and 13 days before the course or workshop date;
- No refunds for cancellations made 3 days or less before the course or workshop date.
