The Güde X765/21 ham knife from the Alpha Olive series is versatile and indispensable in any kitchen. Its sharp blade offers excellent cutting capacity. The hand forged blade made of chrome vanadium molybdenum steel is durable and hand sharpened. The balanced and polished handle is made of selected olive wood, up to 500 years old. Güde knives with wooden handles should never be put in the dishwasher.
