The Güde X765/16 preparation knife from the Alpha Olive series is versatile and essential in any kitchen. Its sharp blade offers excellent cutting ability. The hand-forged blade made of chrome vanadium molybdenum steel is durable and hand-sharpened. The balanced and polished handle is made of selected old olive wood. The rivets are made of stainless steel, with the exception of the aluminum palm rivet. Güde knives with wooden handles should never be put in the dishwasher.
