Sharpener:

Safe and easy to use, the two-step sharpener requires only a few passes over the grinding wheels to keep the blades sharp enough.

- The first step in tungsten carbide (coarse) sharpens the dull edge of the knife.

- The second ceramic step (end) creates a polished wire, as sharp as a razor.
