The Güde D765/21 ham knife from the Delta Grenadill series has a sharp blade with excellent cutting properties. The knife is very versatile and, as a typical all-purpose knife, should not be missing in any kitchen. The hand forged blade made of chrome vanadium molybdenum knife steel is made in one piece, ice hardened and hand sharpened. The handle inlay of this Güde Delta Grenadill Series slicing knife is made of heavy grenadilla wood with black brown flecks, the handle inlays are slightly raised - a unique look and handling! Not dishwasher safe.
