The Güde Delta Grenadill Series Meat Fork holds the roast in a secure position while cutting, and the tines can be used to check for doneness. The tines are hand-forged and hand-sharpened from a single piece of rust-resistant chrome-molybdenum-vanadium knife steel. The handle is made of the same material and has an inlay of grenadilla, a beautiful and sturdy savannah wood. The inlays are raised and give the knife a noble appearance. Not suitable for dishwashers.
