Ankarsrum - Vegetable Cutter

Use the vegetable slicer to grate or slice potatoes, cucumbers, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms, etc.

The vegetable slicer consists of a main body, a locking ring, a pusher, and three different cylinders:

• The medium grating cylinder is used for root vegetables, raw vegetables, almonds, nuts, as well as fruits and cheese.
• The slicing cylinder is used for slicing root vegetables, onions, and potatoes (e.g., for gratins).
• The coarse grating cylinder is used for root vegetables, other vegetables, and fruits (e.g., for soups and tarts).

For safety reasons, the cutting surfaces of the cylinders/graters are positioned on the outside.
The vegetable slicer is compatible with all Assistent models from N1 to N30.
