Alessi - Round Tray - Black

A tray with minimalist lines, designed by Jasper Morrison. The granulated surface and the black color enrich the essential shapes of the object, for a unique and elegant table decoration.

The granulation is a particular practice of the metal surface that reinterprets an ancient goldsmithing technique. The arrangement of the grains follows a geometric sequence created by a high Italian mathematician who was the first to express the golden ratio. The deep black color also embellishes and enhances the object.
