Skeppshult - Cast iron oval fish pan

Oval cast iron pan suitable for cooking whole fish or fillets.

Ideal cooking at low temperature. The heat is distributed evenly, it grabs and browns without the skin sticking.
Its handle is made of cast iron, so it can be used in the oven without difficulty. Can also be used as an oven dish, its design allows it to be placed directly at the table.
