Massimo Vincelli started cooking at the young age of 14 before enrolling at the ITHQ to learn the fundamentals of Italian cuisine. He continued his career in Montreal at the restaurants Les 400 Coups, Hoogan and Beaufort, as well as at Maison Boulud and Chez Victoire. After years of working 12 to 15 hours a day, a friend suggested the idea of a neighborhood grocery store. In 2018, Massimo and his friend John Barros opened the Épicerie Conserva on Plaza St-Hubert. You can find ready-to-go baked goods, butchery and a catering service. A magnificent place to discover and rediscover throughout the seasons.
During classes, you will learn how to make delicious ravioli, from the making of the dough to the ravioli technique.
This experience is given in French. The translation of some terms and greedy steps of the experience can be translated if needed.
