With almost twenty years of restaurant experience, Ashley has developed
skills in diverse culinary environments, local and international, ranging from high-end Michelin star restaurants to catering operations.
She is currently executive chef of Yama in the Vogue Hotel in Montreal, corporate chef for Antonio Park, as well as for the Wolf, Subzero and Cove companies.
Having worked in Italian, Asian fusion, American restaurants and herself the owner of Italian influence businesses, her passion is now to highlight Quebec and Canadian cuisine on a global platform. Or, by using local seasonal products, while retaining the techniques learned during his well-stocked course.
With an ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining a strong focus on ingredient quality and presentation, Ashley also has a proven track record of leadership. She has been and continues to lead high-performance kitchen teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and delivering exceptional gastronomic experiences.
The cumulative result of her journey has given her an adaptability and cultural sensitivity which now pushes her to want to highlight her own Quebec Canadian heritage. Enthusiastic about sharing her experiences and expertise, Ashley is eager to contribute to the culinary scene by promoting the rich traditions of her country on the gastronomic scene.
This experience is given in French and English.
