Let Chef Ashley Thornton guide you in our hands-on gnocchi-making class, where you’ll learn the art of crafting three delightful varieties of gnocchi from scratch. This immersive experience includes all the essential tips and techniques, plus a selection of munchies to keep you fueled as you cook.

We’ll also guide you through creating mouthwatering sauces that pair perfectly with your handmade gnocchi. To top off the evening, we’ll cook the pasta you’ve made and serve it family-style, so you can savor your culinary creations together.

This experience is given in French and English.
