A word on the product:

The design of the Alba truffle cutter, created by Ben Van Berkel / UN Studio, is inspired by the interweaving that is created between the precious tuberous fungus and the roots of the plant with which it lives in symbiosis. An absolutely new shape for a traditional utensil. A sculptural and sought-after object, but at the same time functional and ergonomic. The truffle cutter is born from the collaboration with the Centro Nazionale Studi Tartufo, the Ente Fiera Internazionale de la Truffe d'Alba. The name of the object pays homage to the city of the same name.
